SUBJECT: Organization of the works construction in Donetsk’ to manufacture household fuel-free power plants

Patenting is going to be performed in 130 countries. In the previous 100 years no method like this has ever been patented.

SPECIFICATIOM OF 10 kW ELECTRIC POWER PLANT

1. Capacity – 10 kW 
2. Alternative one-phase current 
3. Voltage – 220V (230V, 240V (depending on location). 
4. Frequency – 50 Hz or 60 Hz (depending on location). 
5. Starter battery – 18 А/h. 
6. Net weight ~ 65 kg (subject to changes). 
7. The product is ecologically pure, recyclable. package 
8. The warranty period is 2 years (to be determined by electronics manufacturers) 
9. Service life is up to 30 years (mainly up to 50 years)
    

Note:– average cost recovery is 8 – 12 months based on the accepted medium world cost of € 0.1 per 1 kW\h for household consumers. (Keep in mind you won’t need heating, electric power or hot water from outside You will also be able to supply the municipal; network with surplus energy and be awarded for that)

The present financial crisis demonstrates that the world institutions of power, finance or insurance are not able to protect their citizens – depositors against downfall or big money loss. Al those institutions are subject to responsibility charges as they had been formed without responsibility principle. In all cases the depositors are considered to be guilty themselves.
In all cases depositors have to take the blame upon themselves for trusting to such collective irresponsibility (CI). What are the reasons for the world downfall? It is because none of the country is able to withstand corruption merged with fraud under the false front of CI.

It is suffice to recall the collapse of the Soviet Union and property partition between the citizens. Abruptly, there appeared quite a number of oligarchs amidst the poor population robbed even of their personal money from the USSR Saving Bank.

Just at that moment, the idea of XXI century ‘Green Energy’ was generated as a future for our children and as a new science. How would it survive and develop under such conditions?

Shall we either follow the conventional way through corruption and swindling by evading various taxes, or find quite another honest way out?
World business is not aware of any such honest ways due to the fact that through the legislation the swindlers have created the law system suitable for them in order to rob the rest of the citizens.

In any case, at the cost of inflation, credits, formation of various investment structures and their maintenance, in 3-4 years of the works designing and construction, there will be a 40-50% loss of initial finances.

Such pressing of finance loss and their additional promotion would unambiguously be borne by customers.

Therefore, the goods price would become excessive for consumers, and happy future would move away as usual to the imaginary horizon.

Has always been this way that the swindlers sheltered by CI would push everybody to the ‘black path’? History states that it’s always been like that. In the period without contemporary states with their CI, in 16-18 centuries, the merchants of all nations always put their honest NAME and HONOR as a pledge for taken responsibilities. This is the fact almost completely forgotten by everybody.

So, the top place has become occupied by CI plunderers versus the honest NAME and HONOR of a person.

Assume that such person exists to follow the ‘white path’ in business. Let’s call him a WARRANTER. How would he evade all corruptionists, swindling with taxes and would preserve money against inflation in the initial scope at that to start the works construction and products manufacture?

In order to resolve the set task, there is a simple folk remedy: borrowing money from the neighbors against receipt for the definite term. The receipt is a legal document for court and tax authorities. In addition, no taxes are incurred on loans; they are getting accumulated with the physical person – WARRANTER.

The corrupt officials and a physical person are essentially antipodes, as a physical person always protects his NAME and HONOR due to absence of collective irresponsibility, which can be used as a shield for stealing money. The loans not invested immediately into the design implementation will be deposited in banks, which, while incomplete, would cover inflation, bank services and other losses. It would bring to decreasing of initial finances by up to 5% versus losses of 40-50% under ordinary schemes. Those 5% of the initial amount of funds will be compensated in two ways:

1. Payments for the admission tickets to the Club ‘Green Energy’ by legal persons who would like to acquire shares of the plants founders, i.e. join the conventional ‘electric pipe’ similar to oil or gas one.
2. Loan would bring to a standstill of the good’s price, while the electric power rates are growing, and give additional dividends during 3-4 years.

So, it’s obvious that the simple folk scheme is able to resolve the problem of ‘white business’.

Who will venture to become a WARRANT, who will be the one that borrows will be able to rely on?

There’s no choice in options – the author of XXI ‘Green Energy’ and neutron sciences – Valery Fedorovich Andrus, the one who ‘stirred up this trouble’

The developer of ‘white business’ is the staff of the Club ‘Green Energy’ that will be implementing the project on new energy in life.

The basics of the ‘white business’ are the personal funds of citizens free from any taxes in any country of the world. None of the states is able to forbid for its citizens to borrow money for the citizens of another country against receipt, which is a legal document for court and tax bodies in all countries. The loan might be, on desire of both parties, be returned as goods that the borrower can be interested in, which is the principal merit for all citizens, because it is not within the interests of any tax authorities.

The second important factor of borrowing money from citizens all over the world is promulgation and protection against encroachment of third persons. No sooner ‘the lovers’ of somebody else’s money try to nip off, the whole world will learn their names, and the media and television will make them ‘heroes of the day’.

Now, let’s talks of real things: the ways of giving loans and the ways of their receipt. The WARRANTOR is going to have his own accounting of all loans and their use. He will also control the loan return in kind of goods: V. F. Andrus’ 10 kW fuel-free electric power plants.

In order to strictly adhere to fulfillment of commitments by WARRANTOR, it is required for all the shareholders of the works founders to be the members of the Club ‘Green Energy’. They will be his team, so they will conduct the similar program of actions. There won’t be any other cofounders of the works. According to the above stated scheme, the loans would be given to the WARRANTOR, just as any other organization or enterprise might give loans with repaying in kind: electric power plants.

Loans should be forwarded to the current bank account of Valery Fedorovich Andrus. For the lender the cost of 10kW household fuel-free electric power plant from the works storage house is €6 000. The retail price recommended for dealers is €7 000.

All of the current accounts stated below are under control of the National Bank of Ukraine in pursuance to the law on currency operations in Ukraine as accounts for allocation of loans, credits, and investments in foreign currency for the term of 5 years. In case the credits of any form are not returned in 5 years, the state tax authorities of Ukraine will impose taxes upon those monies. Therefore, NBU and Ukraine’s government are controllers and simulators of dedicated use of finances with obligatory payment in established terms.

In your payment documents there should be obligatory written the following:

"A loan for Valery Fedorovich Andrus for the term of 5 years. The loan return payment shall be in kind by ___ (number) electric power plants. Lender _____(name, address)."

Never forget to indicate your address in your payment documents which should be the location for goods delivery.

The loan sum does not include the payment for delivery of goods to the borrower. The payment shall be determined by the moment of supply.

The payment document is the primary legal document, which is required to be kept until receipt of electric power plants.

The term of 5 years includes the maximal term of the works construction within 4 years plus the time of delivery expectancy in a turn within a year.
Your monetary transfer shall be registered in accordance to the queue, it will be given a number and you will be provided with a loan receipt, which is the second legal document.
After the international television demonstration of V. F. Andrus electric power plant, there will start functioning the website for all the borrowers to see their names and their numbers indicated in receipts.

If you decide to break the loan into two parts, then you will have to note the following in your money transfer document:

«The loan for Valery Fedorovich Andrus No. (number of your turn against the receipt)».

After receiving the goods, the servicing center in your area will automatically obtain all the required information of you. We mean the existing servicing centers on maintenance of uninterruptible power supply (UPS) for computers. The agreement will be executed with them for guarantee repair in your area of the country.

The notification of your goods receipt will automatically annihilate the receipt of the loan without any additional actions, Please indicate the loan return in your notification.

«Green Energy» will make you not only energy independent but also will allow protecting environment for the future generations.

After demonstrations its working hours will be round the-clock. Languages of communication are Russian, Ukrainian, and English. Prior to TV demonstration of V. F. Andrus’ power plant, the working hours are from 9 a.m. till 4 p.m. Kyiv time.

FORMULA OF INVESTORS’ PARTCIPATION IN % DISTRIBUTION OF SHARES AMONG THE FOUNDERS
OF THE WORKS FOR PRODUCTION OF V.F. ANDRUS
10 KW HOUSEHOLD ELECTRIC POWER PLANTS

  1. The price of 1% of share is € 120 000 000.

  2. Admission ticket to the Club ‘Green Energy’ is 30% of each 1% of share (€ 36 000 000). The total expenses for 1% of share will be €156 000 000. The funds received from selling admission tickets will be forwarded to supporting inventors on issues of consultations, patenting, resolving social problems, creation of condition for checking their ideas, covering loses of he loaned money sums and also for taxation (15%). The receiver of the admission tickets payment is Valery Fedorovich Andrus. The back account of the receiver is stated above. The payment wording: ‘Designated donations to Valery Fedorovich Andrus for development of sciences’. The amount of contribution is the cost of admission ticket to the Club ‘Green Energy’ and the amount of the percent share that you wish to pay.

3. After purchasing the admission ticket you are entitled to:
not to buy the share, while the right to the claimed share lasts for 3 months inclusively from the moment of payment for the admission ticket;
sell your share within 3 months. The term expires irrespective of the change of share owner;
sell your share within 3 months. The term expires irrespective of the change of share owner; pay 25% of your share until expiration of the next 3 months (6 months after buying the admission ticket). The rest of payment shall be distributed on agreement with the Club’s authorities depending on expenses for the works construction and your personal wishes. In case the first tranche to the amount of 25% does not come within the next 3 moths (6 months after buying the admission ticket), you lose the right to the share, and the admission ticket payment is forwarded to supporting inventors.
Financial means, except for the admission ticket payment, are allocated to the current accounts of the enterprise OJSC ‘BSA”, which is going to construct the works. The payment documents shall have the indication of a credit, loan or investment.

Otherwise the applicant for the share loses 25% due to income tax (in Ukraine, for instance) and the WARRANTOR – 15% for physical entity tax. After you have paid for your share out in full, you will have the right to sell it, but to the members of the Club ‘Green Energy’ only.

4. The works construction is performed under control of the Club’s authorities. The Club members have the right to participate in that process, or they may not do anything. In any case, the hired specialists will perform the task regarding both the construction and commissioning of the works.

5. In case the works construction requires:

 

• less funds than the assessable contributions, the funds left will be transfered into circulating assets;
   
• more funds than assessable contributions, the Club takes either credits or other financial coverage with the help of its members on their propositions, for instance, selling of future products to individuals and organizations.

6. The works construction is planned to be finished in 3-4 years (as maximum).

7. Invested funds for manufacture of products in the scope of 30% of the annual plan shall be returned within a year. The annual plan (maximum) is 3 000 000 pcs.

8. The above-stated facts are valid until the international television demonstration of V. F. Andrus’ electric power plant. After the demonstration, the terms of entering the Club will be different or it will be completely restricted for Ukraine investors to join.

9. Investors from other countries will be joining the Club ‘Green Energy’ by acquiring admission ticket depending on the requested territory, quotas for production, know-how of the scope of manufactured products and the set of required licenses.

10. If the demand exceeds proposition, then there will be held the internet auction.

It is necessary to keep in mind that within dozen years the investors won’t have to do anything, except for getting profits exceeding the one-time investment.

Total working area is 24 hectares, High-voltage substation, sewerage facilities, wells and drinking water reservoirs are conventionally not shown, as they are located beyond the working area borders. The volumes and cost of technological lines are determined by the design institute.

Scope of production of V. Andrus 10 kW electric power plants:

In designed mode of operation per one shift – 3000 units
per 3 shifts – 9000 units
In accelerated mode of operation per one shift – 4000 units
per 3 shifts – 10000 units

Annual production of V. Andrus 10 kW electric power plants may constitute from 1 to 3.5 million units.
The weight of V. Andrus 10 kW electric power plants in a package on a pallet is 75 – 80 kg.
Products turnover per one shift is: 240 tons.
In accelerated mode of operation per 3 shifts, daily goods turnover will be 800 tons.

The approximate number of personnel per one shift – up to 5000 persons.
in 3 shifts -up to 10 000 persons.

 All interested persons shall be hereby notified about the postponement of the demonstration date of the household fuel-free power station Andrus V.F. with the output of 10 kW. The reason for the postponement – a ban on all mass events in the country for the period of the epidemic of influenza type A/H1N1/California / had been imposed in Ukraine (Decree of the Government of Ukraine of October 30, 2009 № 1152). 

To organize a demonstration of the fuel-free power station Andrus V.F. with the output of 10 kW we need, at least, 2 months for the following reasons: 
1. To determine the number of representatives of participating countries by sending requests and approvals. 
2. To determine the total number of invitees to choose the necessary hall, the number of tables, chairs, microphones, amplifiers, etc., because the show will last at least 4-5 hours. 
3. To order in the printing-house invitations, badges, information and business literature, itinerary sheets - at least in three foreign languages. 
4. To produce stands, advertising and information boards and a presentation place for displaying power station, according to the size of the hall. 
5. To book hotel rooms according to the wishes of guests, prepare the necessary number of interpreters, transport, involve security services. 

If the ban on holding public events is canceled before the end of 2009 – an attempt to conduct the demonstration show will be made in March 2010.
